Le vitrail est une composition de verre formйe de piиces de verre. Celles-ci peuvent кtre blanches ou colorйes et peuvent recevoir un dйcor. Le mot vitrail dйsigne une technique tandis que la fermeture d'une baie fixe avec du verre s'appelle une verriиre.

The term stained glass can refer to coloured glass as a material or to works created from it. Throughout its thousand-year history, the term has been applied almost exclusively to the windows of churches, mosques and other significant buildings.

in Francia avete delle vetrate magnifiche, ne ho viste di meravigliose.
Molto bella questa scena и belli i colori, forse la foto и leggermente fuori fuoco, ma l'aspetto generale и veramente bello.

La prйsentation en format vertical est valorisйe sur TE, Trиs bon rйsultat photo avec ce cadrage pour mettre en valeur ces vitraux, la lumiиre est bien rendue, sans doute une accentuation de la nettetй ferait un bon effet.

Le sujet est bien cadrй. La prise de vue permet de voir les dйtails du vitrail. La lumiиre qui passe au travers du vitrail fait ressortir les couleurs. Bon dimanche.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais en tournant la page de la galerie, je me disais que ce vitrail , ce devait кtre le tien.J'aime son format, mais il y a un flou sur toute la surface.

I like this. It is not often we see religious art depicting everyday scenes of women fussing and swooning over a new baby with the usual oohs and ahs. Good vertical framing of the stained glass window too. Tfs.

You have caught the colors of this pretty stained glass window quite well and I like the bookmark aspect ratio. By the way, in Turkish we use the French word for stained glass. It is spelled "vitray" according to Turkish phonetic rules.
