I like the fact that you have filled the frame with the decaying timbers of this old fishing boat. I agree, having been there (and taken very similar shots!) that it is indeed a very photogenic location. I wonder how this would look in B/W?? And whether it would be possible to burn the sky in a little more?

Bonjour, cher ami Hans,
De prime abord, j'ai pris cela pour une vieille carcasse de bateau faзon dinosaure ! Maintenant, si l'on regarde de plus prиs, il peut s'agir d'une charpente et d'une ossature d'une ancienne maison.
J'ai bien aimй l'aspect "Arche de Noй" !
Mais, j'ai la rйponse dans la note d'accompagnement.

I love old wrecks . And this is a splendid capture of this one , with fine details of the wooden elements . I wonder if it would have not been better with a little more contrast and darkness .

nice the view of the ruins of the wooden boat that with a bit fantacy looks like as Noah's arc.

Dag Hans,

Ongelooflijk hoelang eikenhout kan meegaan, en hoe ouder hoe harder het wordt.
Zo te zien heeft hier deze boot wel zijn beste dagen beleefd.
Maar u nam een zeer duidelijke en scherpe foto van het wreck.
Heel mooi gedaan. bedankt.

Good textural details in the decaying timbers with excellent sharpness & a subtle warm cold color contrast between the faded blue & yellow colours. Looks like an old whale carcass at first glance! Tfs!

Una vecchia barca ed un mestiere (maestro d'ascia) antico.
Uno scheletro ...la barca come noi , se equilibrata cammina bene ..ma invecchia in fretta.
