Painting with a camera, a photo from Bretagne, West

Photographer's Note

I saw this kind of picture (sailing boats) on 2 books: one of Ernst Haas, and the second one on Daniel Allisy'one.

You move the camera while taking the picture to get this blurred form, setting at a low speed.
What do you think?

Hi Claude, an intersting image- - but not too sure- possibly moved the camera just a bit too much- but I do like the concept- I think the framing adds a good dimension - Rich

I like ths kind of photos...almost impressionsts!
But a I think you "pushed" it,the movement was too much!
Try a several shots with different speeds...

Ben j'aime bien, moi. Et je vois pas pourquoi y'a pas plus d'adeptes! Une photo qui me rapelle celle d'avene, dans les bois (зa te dis peut-кtre quelque chose?) sauf que lа on est sur l'ocйan entre voiliers а l'horizon et heu... des silhouettes de surfers en combinaison de plongйe tentant de tenir debout sur une planche agitйe de tremblements aussi vigoureux que ceux du photographe?... Trиs proche de la peinture, quasiment abstrait, mais pour moi, une image parfaitement rйussie, avec une ambiance bien campйe.
