This is a wonderful shot of Mt Blanc, is it from Megeve? It is like a big refrigerator and the black and white creates the mood of coldness and austerity. It is one of the most awe inspiring views I have ever seen and this picture certainly captures that feeling.

Well composed and wonderful scenery!
It's very beautiful and elegant mountain, and you did a good choise for drawing out the attraction of white snow by using black and white, I think. If I say the desire a little technically, it's better to remove black a little because it seems to be covered with the film with a black whole in my opinion. I tried a workshop, yet this is my personal taste and I hope that you don't mind.
