Photographer's Note

From the top of one of Notre Dame de Paris tower, you can see the Pantheon, the Montparnasse tower and the Eiffel tower.
For the rest, if Parisien or other people find something interesting to mention about this picture, they can make me know.
I stitched 2 pictures that I made in 2002 without thinking I could make a panorama.

What a great and majestic panorma Fred. It feels like i'm really looking out over Paris from the Notre Dame when looking at your photo.

Extremely fine detail captured here Fred. A classic skyline in the distance, mixed with the detailed streets and traffic in the foreground. Well done! What is the uncharacteristic skyscaper in the middle... I bet it was a sore point for the locals when built.

Again a very fine panorama job Fred.
I am especially impressed with all the details from the park as a contrast to the heavy population of buildings in the picture. Wery well done.

This may be your best panorama yet, Fred, at least it's my favorite one (you can't go wrong with a panorama of Paris). The amount of detail is puzzling, and I like how the three very different towers in the back are working as anchors around which the rest of the city can be explored. The square in front with the small park is engagingly empty and colorful compared to the densely placed buildings in the old town. And it's another brilliant work of stitching. Excellent.

Gorgeous shot. Great picture. I need to get myself one of these picture stiching softwares. This is an excellent photo, even if it is stiched from 2 pictures.

This is a very unusual panorama of Paris to me because the Eiffel Tower is not a dominant feature. The main feature here appears to be The City itself! This is very different and very well done.
I was in Paris in 1972 and remember our guide telling us that "we have no skyscrapers in Paris like you have over in New York." I can see that things have changed just a little over the years. ;-)

Nice view and it's better in the bigger version.
Usually those shots are taken from Montmartre. Nice change.

Very nice panoramatic picture of the city of lights. I have never seen this point of view and I think that it is very nice. Great details and sharpness of image.

Oh - a "mini" panorama - I will try this someday. Truly a great view over the city of cites - I like the stripes of sun in the horizon and the climbs of the Eiffel tower - makes things easier to recognize. Very well captured - thanks for sharing.

Beautiful panoramic view of Paris, well done and the fact that there is this little green park in the foreground makes it even better.
