Photographer's Note

Tuylenovo is a village on the north Bulgarian Black Sea Coast - "Tyulen" means seal in Bulgarian, but seals hadn't been seen in the area since the 1980s. The rocky coast is a great area for photographs. This morning the fishing bay was empty.

Hello Philip - It's lovely to see you back here and have the opportunity to see some of your accomplished landscape work again. This is a very attractive capture of a compelling view; the tracks running into the sea draw us into the frame very well and in and of themselves are beautifully rendered with the warm sunlight reflecting from them. The long exposure had given the sea a misty ethereal appearance which makes a good contrast against the hard-edges rocks and rails. The mistiness is particularly beautiful where it meets the pebbles. Soft and attractive colours complete a lovely shot. Best regards Rosemary

Hello Philip,
This is a first class seascape. The tracks radiating from the FG into that misty pool of water is magical. The long exposure has created an extraordinary effect with the silky water gently flowing over the rocks and pebbles. The golden sun reflected on the water lifts the picture beautifully.

Hello Philip: There are so many great things about this photo I don't know where to start. The converging lines in the foreground, the slow shutter speed making a soft mist out of the wave action, colors in the sunrise, all add to the attraction of your photo.

a magical composition in siver and gold.The tracks lead us into the milky water nurnish by the sun. The pebbles in the fg give a sense of depth and offer a good contract to the smoothness of the water.

Hello, I like this photo because the colors are so dramatic. Good exposure that helps capture the water so it looks misty. Also you have a good sense of composition with the boat ramps helping to create perspective leading the eye into the water.
