Though it is a 2016 picture, John, it has the beauty of the architecture around the canals and the flock of rourists in pre-corona era.
An attractive sight, superbly presented.
Good evening,

Hi John,
You have captured well the persons boarding the tour boat. The point of view is showing the details of the buildings and of the towers. The light is making the colors to stand out. Have a nice day.

Hello John,
You managed to pack a lot of attractive buildings into this photo and to balance the composition well. The sightseeing boats are familiar to us, but I am surprised to see the brown building on the right side. I don't recognize it and I am astonished to see that most of the façade seems to be built of wood. To me that seems extremely unusual for Belgium. The details of the upper part, around the roof, are similar to what could be found in Scandinavia. In any case it's a very well taken photo with wonderful colours and contrasts on a rather cloudy day.
Best regards,
Gert

Hello John, a boat full of people, obviously enjoying a trip on the canal.
The towers are very fine, but it is the building faced in wood that I find fascinating in your picture.
The sharp quality is excellent as always.
Kind regards, Jean.

Dag John In the year '16 many people could gather in such small boats for a city tour and in this case of your impeccable picture, I'm convinced they 'had a lot for their money'!
I say so because this array of towers is quite attractive, cropped and readjusted for pleasing vertical lines.
The old wood building hiding at backdrop has an attractive vintage look. Vele groeten

Hi John,
Again a fascinating view from Bruges. Church towers rise over the foreground buildings. The one with wooden facade is surprising. I don't think there are many of those in the city centre. Tourists on the boats have avery nice tour.

Hello John,
It’s pleasing to learn of the improvement in the relaxation of the lockdown rules. Hopefully, things will become a little more normal, though we still need to be vigilant!
Your photograph shows excellent clarity, capturing the details of the tourist boats set against these beautiful, extremely tall buildings. There appears to be a strong contrast of materials, the white ones being stone, whilst the brown one appears to be made of wood. I don’t remember having seen a wooden building in Bruges previously. It is surprising and beautiful.
My warm regards,
Bev 😊

Hallo John,

Vele groeten, Paul

Hi John,
Impressive sharpness and a wonderful diffused light to compensate for the overcast conditions. The tour boat in the fg full of sightseers animates the scene. The wooden façade at right and the 2 bg towers add further good focal points. Tfs!

Hi John,
beautiful presentation from a less known spot in Bruge. I think I must have been there, because I did the boat tour of course but I completely donn't remember the wooden facades. In spite of cloudy weather the effect is so very eye catching. Everything perfectly recorded and the clouds have such nice pattern and shaded areas are so well captured.
Excellent work,
M

Hi John
A good one from Bruges, not just for the towers but also with that part timber building.

Hi John.
A great photo with the beautiful facade of the hotel, but the house in front with part of the wooden facade is ideal and I think it is very old, the towers above give a special charm, as well as the boat with the tourists crowded in. the same, is a funny bonus.
Good perspective of the image, very pleasing to the eye.
Colorful, sharpness and luminosity are captured effectively.
Very good composition, magnificent presentation.
Have a good day.
Warm greetings.
Luis.

Hi John
i'm really glad I clicked on this photo, the architecture is so enjoyable to view. The best of course is that wooden exterior on the right. but I like how you show us the entire shot all compressed and full of subjects right to left and top to bottom. nice one. cheers

Hi John
Great compressed perspective shot! I imagine you had to fidget a lot to get this angle and include all that you have in this. Well worth with their imposing spires make for a stunningly theatrical scene, and pretty architecture and lots of human activity on the foreground. Enticing shot benefit of wonderful balmy warm light, colours and tons of detail.
Best regards

Hello John,
I love that wooden/brick building. It might deserve a photo of its own from a different angle.
