2015 During my bike trip saw I this woman in one of the most beautiful forest in my area

Shepherd Leen Ricour was willing to take a picture with one of her sheep, she is friendly to everyone and also a well-liked shepherd for children.
She has 3 dogs and 2 horses with which she daily leads herds to sometimes 250 sheep through fields and forests. For her this is not just a job but a true lifestyle. Leen is someone who has accumulated a lot of knowledge over the years about the care and training of her animals, but also about the nature she is in daily.
Unfortunately, her employer decided (at the end of 2014) to stop the sheep project, to sell the sheep and to dismiss the shepherds, as a result of which Leen is no longer able to perform this job.
But fortunately, this tough shepherd does not just turn away from her passion and she decided to start her own shepherd project! She saved 30 sheep and is now working hard to expand her own flock of sheep to the future!
Of course, there is a lot involved here and I would like to support her with the purchase of her sheep by organizing a shepherd walk together with you. I can assure you that a walk with Leen and her animals is a real enrichment. Those of you who know Leen can also confirm me in this.
So, do you feel like a sponsor walk for your own benefit (unwind in nature with dog / horse and sheep) and for the benefit of a passionate shepherdess and her flock?

Een mooi dubbelportret van deze jonge herder en haar schaap, ze kijkt er met gepaste trots bij. Het is ook een mooi beestje en zijn kop zat hier net mooi in de zon. De kudde op de achtergrond vormt ook een goed detail.

Dit herderinnetje heeft je duidelijk kunnen overtuigen. Ik heb ze al eens op ййn van je foto's gezien.
Is het niet ongewoon om schapen te ontmoeten in een bos? Ik zou ze eerder ergens op een grote grasvlakte verwachten.
Deze dame koos voor een aparte levenswijze, niet iets dat velen zullen doen.
Zowel de delen in het zonlicht als die in de schaduw worden prachtig helder getoond.

She is a beautiful girl indeed, and it's obvious that she loves the animals she looks after.

Hallo John, excellent scene captured in the countryside. That woman is the protector of an old tradition of shepherds. She wears dreadlocks and look passionate about her sheeps. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.
