People want to live close to nature, this is nice for us patrimonial
Running a farm is no easy task. There is a lot involved. There are often also require large investments, both at the start of the company as at later stages. The government supports the agricultural and horticultural sector financial support.

Hallo John,
Nu heb ik de Romeinse cijfers wel begrepen :)
Dit is werkelijk een prachtfoto van Damme en ik herken natuurlijk de locatie.
Heel mooie kleuren en vooral een sterk blauw-rood contrast.
De weerspiegelde beelden die een flink stuk donkerder zijn, vertonen eveneens prachtige kleuren.
Eigenlijk een heel idyllisch beeld hoe je in Vlaanderen kan wonen. En dat op een steenworp (een grote dan) van Brugge.
Fiets je tegenwoordig nog veel in deze streek ?

I like the reflections on the water, they are assets to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the house and of the farm buildings. The light is giving good colours rendering. Have a nice day.

What an extremely neat composition.The fine farmyard buildings are perfectly reflected in the very calm water and the reeds and grass form a nice border that separates the buildings from the water. The light and colours are wonderful.

Hello John,

Farmhouses are attractive places, it's true.
In England, they are sought after too and in many cases are no longer the homes of people who do the actual farming!
The long, low buildings are beautiful, especially with their red roofs and I like how they make Impressionistic images in the rippling water.
I wonder if a crop of the sky would have given a more panoramic view, emphasising the style of the buildings.
