Photographer's Note

The convent of Friars Minor was built between 1240 and 1234.
The order of the Friars Minor [MFO] (Latin: ordo fratrum minorum), whose members are commonly called Franciscans, is a Catholic religious order born in Italy under the leadership of Francis of Assisi in 1210 (see Wikipedia).
It was almost entirely rebuilt in the mosan style during the 17th century.
