Photographer's Note

I'm lucky to live in one of the valleys of the Mehaigne, small still untamed River which offers beautiful places to visit.
The river has dug sometimes relatively deep valleys which extend on the plateau of Hesbaye. Picturesque villages are installed since ages to dispose of water and energy for the mills. At other places, the river runs sluggishly in wet meadows.

Hi Patrick,
Lovely shot of the little river with the reflections of the trees on the water and the low mist adds atmosphere to the scene. The fence acts as a nice lead line and adds depth to the picture.Good lighting and colours under difficult conditions.Looks like a lovely place for a nice peaceful walk.

I like the effect of the mist on the mood. Adverse weather condition is a challenge but also very rewarding to photographers. Good pov and dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.

J'aime beaucoup la composition originale et efficace de cette photo. Tu as de plus rйussi а mettre en valeur l'atmosphиre qui rйgnait а ce moment, ce qui n'etait pas forcement gagnй avec ces conditions mйtйo.
Le point de fuite au fond du plan de la riviиre qui disparait dans la brume en oposition avec la trиs bonne visi а droite au niveau du chemin et de la rembarde apporte beaucoup а ta photo. Je dis bravo et merci !
