Le temps йtait superbe et les couleurs automnales arrivent tout doucement.

Hi Christopher,
A nice simple scenery but with very effective visual appeal. It looks like the autumn colours are slowly creeping in but the green in the trees still keep the spirit high. Beautifully seen and captured!! Have a nice day.

when I saw your shot,I recognized a song,which belongs to Loreena Mckennitt,old ways..
lyrics of the song is like that:
-We smelt the brine, felt the wind in our hair
And with sadness you paused.
Suddenly I knew that you'd have to go
Your world was not mine, your eyes told me so..etc!
to sum up your shot affected me..

Normally I would prefer a strong lead-in like the walkway here to be diagonal across the frame, but this central positioning works well. The whole image has great depth and wonderful colours. Well done

Bonjour Christophe,
j'avais passй cette photo des Fagnes, bien jolie pourtant.
Le format vertical cadre bien avec les caillebottis qui fuient vers l'horizon.
Les couleurs bien typiques de nos Fagnes, partiquement brunes en toutes saisons :-).
Excellente DOF, tout est net.

This is a very inviting photograph ... I am soo tempted to walk into it and explore the country. I think placing the walkway right smack in the middle is a good strategy (normally people would say put it off center) ... because placing it in the middle locks the eye of your reader then lead them to the beyond.

This one is also very nice Christopher.
When you come in the neighbourhood of Kalmthout, you must visit the park. I have seen a lot but I find this quite unique. Very nice composition here great depth, fantastic landscape well. I bin there before in Eupen. good job.
