Tourists back a Bruges (photograph Saturn afternoon)

Bruges between Market and Burg

While I was getting to my public transport bus, I saw this music player, I don't know his instrument.
But I'm sure TE friends will know this
It's exceptional for me that a player was playing music there during corona
But with a small tip, the man was willing for a photo.

Lep pogled i trenutak, dobar tekst ...
Interesantan instrument, dobro pokazan sa lepim bojama, kontrastom i uhvacenim trenutkom sa izvodjacem.
Dobar rad, lepa fotografija.
Dobar tekst o koriscenoj tehnici i elementima snimka.
Lep instrument i detalji na njemu.

Hello John,
It's a nice portrait with pleasant colours and a fine square shape. His instrument is beautiful and probably quite expensive too. I also like his basket for collecting money. Maybe if you had tried to take a quick photo without permission he would have looked more occupied with the music instead of watching you. You could have given him a tip afterwards anyway.

Ik ken het instrument evenmin en heb het nog niet eerder gezien.
Ik zie enkele snaren maar ook toetsen.
De jongeman kijkt heel ernstig.

A good daily life and portrait scene of the busker musician with excellent sharpness and framing. The diffused light works well here. It appears to some type of zither. Tfs!

Hi John
A good one of the busker with his not very common instrument.
It is actually a hurdy-gurdy. They date from some where around the 10th or 11th century and originated in either the Middle East or Europe.

Hello John,

It is an interesting photograph, with the single musician and that most unusual musical instrument, carefully placed on his knee.
His expression looks as if he is considering whether your tip is worth allowing a photograph!!! 😆

I like the close details and how the cobbles and the wall help to create the setting for the musician.

This portrait of the street musician is splendid, with that unknown instrument but that seems to have the appearance of something very old, very pleasant for someone to enjoy music in the street.
