Bridge in Kortrijk

The Leiebrug is a bridge in the center of the Belgian city of Kortrijk.
The bridge spans the river Leie and connects the Leiestraat with the Budastraat.
The Leiebrug is located at a location where for centuries a bridge has provided the connection between the Grote Markt and the Buda and Overleie districts.

Hallo John,
De twee beroemde Broeltorens rijzen mooi boven de rij veelkleurige bloemen op.
Men heeft de Leiebrug wel heel erg uitbundig versierd.
Prachtige zonnige foto met een aantal lieflijke wolkjes in de lucht.
Zomers, kleurrijk, helder en scherp gepresenteerd.

Lep most sa cvecem na ogradi, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom i uhvacenim trenutkom sa oblacima koji dolaze.

a marvelous detail of these many flowers in the sides of the bridge, something you will never find here. nice sample of architecture ahead too.

Hello John,
The two white towers seen in the background look very nice and the many flowers adorning the bridge was a great gift by the city gardener. The photo is very sharp and the colours are well saturated, but I find the view slightly dark. Near the upper left corner there are a few dark spots in the sky.

A very well decorated bridge superbly frame centrally with excellent surrounding features capped by those pretty clouds. Clarity and colors are first rate as is the sharpness with excellent contrast. Well done

Good morning John,
Flowers decorated bridge gave extra vividness to the scene.
Maybe a bit higher POV would show more of the two towers beyond (you might need a ladder to climb there...).
The green trees on right side contrast well the buildings facades on left and the blue sky aloft.

Hello John,

Isn't this beautiful!
I have seen bridges in France which are decorated, like this and they add so much to the sense of pride, delivered by the township.
The line of flower baskets makes a well placed separation line for composition, with the canal beneath and the city of Kortrijk above.
The photograph seems a little underexposed, which gives the colours depth.

This place in the photo is really very beautiful. All very well taken care of in every detail. Mainly the flower boxes that are on the bridge walls, they give a beautiful special detail and more life to the photo. And you were also lucky enough to get a great solo day for this beautiful photograph.

Hello John, colourful flowers beautify the bridge which would probably quite ordinary without them.
My eyes are drawn to the twin towers in the distance which direct my eyes to that lovely sky.

I really like all the flowers in this scene. It was a nice idea to decorate the bridge this way. I would add a little brightness to the photo, but I still like it. :-)

Hi John,
quite a challenging light in this direction but you achieved a nice final effect. I like very much the presence of the two turrets further in the distance which add so much character here. The sky is quite nice as well, and decorates this view very well.
Great point of view to well present the bridge and its surroundings.
