Canadian-Polish-British Commemoration 2021
I have been a regular visitor to this commemoration of these victims of WWII for 50 years, these were our liberators in 1944.
According to annual tradition, the municipal council pays tribute to the soldiers who died during WWII and are buried at the CWGC Adegem Canadian War Cemetery. This always takes place in the presence of the British, Canadian and Polish ambassadors or their representatives, various former combatants and patriotic associations.
The Mayor of Maldegem during his speech in four languages.
I hope that you this also shall look at, also to the WS best in New tabled.

Hi John,
The commemmoration ceremony is important to remember the efforts of our soldiers during WWII. The point of view is showing the details of the ceremony. The light is giving good colors rendering. Have a nice day.

Hi John
War is futile. It only benefits politicians and arms manufacturers. We remember, we commemorate and we honour the brave. It's a pity we never learn.,,,,,,

Hello John,
It's an impressive assembly of representatives of allied countries from WW2. They keep the memories alive in a pleasant environment. It's a well balanced and perfectly exposed photo.

Dag John,

Hello John,
It's important that the tradition of remembering WWII continues. This is a lovely view, with the uniformed men sitting in front. The WS photo is even more solemn. Take care!

Hello John,
I remember your traditional involvement with memorials of WWII.
You chose an excellent position to capture the service, placing the speaker strongly off-centre, but we can still see the representatives of the military and the general public.
The w/s has a sadder appeal, as the gravestones, the purpose of memorial, are all neatly placed in rows!
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hi John,
Of course, Belgium, Holland and France HAD to be liberated. The continuation of Nazi rule wasn't even an option. Kudos to the Canadians. They punched above their weight. Tfs!
