Legal restrictions for vintage cars
There are no restrictions for classic cars with a regular number plate.
However, if the vehicle is registered as a classic car (O number plate), a number of legal restrictions apply.

Vehicles registered with an O number plate may not be used:
• for commercial and professional use
• for commuting or commuting to school
• for paid transport and free transport that is equated with paid transport of persons
• as a tool or tool, as well as not for intervention orders
To avoid any misunderstanding, additional definitions have been added to the KB 15.03.1968
• commercial use refers to any use aimed at business or personal financial gain
• professional use: any use for the purpose of professional practice or business operations
• commuting: travel to and from the place of employment
• home-school traffic: the movement to and from an educational institution by students.
The concept of 'assimilated free transport' refers to the business world, where employed drivers take the staff to a specific workplace or yard. This does not deal with people who take passengers for free in their old-timer.

Hello John,
We get an impression that the runner is much faster than the car, at least judging from where you managed perfect sharpness. In spite of the blurred person it makes the photo nicer to see them meeting on the road. An old lifestyle meeting modern life.

Magnificent moment collected, John.
The lady running alongside in perfect motion against the old Ford which by itself is attractive element on this picture.
The WS is no-less marvelous picture.

Hallo John,
Heel mooie oldtimer! Op de foto in de WS blinkt en weerspiegelt het koetswerk nog meer. Daar kunnen we de bestuurder en passagierster heel duidelijk herkennen.
Je hoofdfoto biedt het voordeel dat we er de landelijke omgeving bij krijgen en bovendien nog een jogster.
Prachtige haarscherpe foto!

Hello John, a beautiful car obviously cherished by its owner, it is in lovely condition.
It is interesting that the car is in perfect sharpness and the runner is slightly blurred, suggesting that she is going faster than the car.
I like the inclusion of the runner.

That's a fabulous old car with true character in immaculate show condition and obviously it would be great to go for a ride with a champagne picnic! This look wonderful with that background and this pov shows her to very good advantage. Very tasteful presentation and tfs

Great to see you out and about taking new photographs and who wouldn't want to photograph this beauty! It will be so different from modern cars to drive but it looks to be very well maintained!
I like your angled composition, the road acting like a very effective guide to the strongly positioned vehicle.

Hello John,
Wow! I would like to have this Old-Timer ...... not for driving , just as hobby ( only if I have the money ).
But I don't think you can buy this kind of vintage car even if you've a lot of money.
This Old Ford is very in good condition and it's still 'running' on the road but not as fast as the runner :-)
I do like the WS, looking at the faces ... the driver and passenger, the car gives them an 'admirable satisfaction'.
Thanks for sharing this stunning shot and well executed.

This vintage jewel shines as a diamond and most interestingly, it was riding on a country road away from the city traffic that could have 'steal its limelight'!
My grandfather was riding a Nash 1927 when I was a child, according to the black and white pictures kept loose in my grandmother's shoe box!
What an exciting picture masterly capture in a rural environment! Thanks

great capture of the old car and the lady passing by.
The effect is unexpected because the car is so sharp while the lady is blurred which would suggest that the lady goes much faster than the car.
Nice work, very good effect in spite of the challenging weather,
