Cuban Bear, a photo from Vienna, East

Photographer's Note

This is a second picture of the United Buddy Bear program that has been ongoing since 2000. I believe there is currently an exposition of bears in Berlin. In my previous post I had many of the 140 plus bears, representing countries all over the world and this was in Vienna.

This picture is of one of those bears. It is the Cuban Bear with cigar and all. I will make one final post of the bears when I post again. You will also find that another photographer has posted some of these bears, since I posted my gang. Enjoy

Hi Roger,
This is a very handsome bear and I'll bet smarter than the avergage bear.
That being said he would be on the wrong side of the law in the U.S. with that cigar.
Very good light management, colors and details to this fine collection.

With the cigar, he is a real Cuban! You are illustrating the United Buddy Bear project in a very interesting way. Nice, detailed photo. What is the symbolism of all bears front paws being up in the air?
