Photographer's Note

Bringing a camera skiing is not necessarily the smartest thing to do. However, the scenery at Ischgl is so grandiose and the photo opportunities so numerous that I felt compelled to do so. Fortunately, my falls were soft enough to prevent any equipment damage. Also, it was not too cold (for a Canadian, at least !), so that the battery lasted long enough and condensation was not an issue.
On the tech side: much color balance work was needed in photoshop in order to manage the blue color cast which results from winter montain photography

Hello Richard,
le plus impressionnant est d'arriver а cet endroit.
Une fois qu'on y est les vues pour de belles photos ne manquent pas, d'autant que les nuages sont souvent plus bas.
Bonne gestion des blancs, une photo nette.
