Photographer's Note
He said he is called the art man in their community because he sells art works to the tourist. He displays it on top of a hill overlooking the city. While selling art he stands and walks in front of the paintings telling witty jokes similar to the humour of George Carlin making the tourists laugh. His pet and trusted parrot walking back and forth over his shoulders from left to right and back to left. Here I caught him talking to his parrot with his back against the mountains and the view of the city below.

Hello Andre,
very well composed and captured shot in the right moment. Your double portrait is really nice with good lighting and pleasant and funny atmosphere at the same time. TFS and compliments!

I like the way this man is looking at the bird. There is a kind of complicity. The picture is well composed and the light is very good, particularly on the bird's feathers.

Yannick

Hello Andre,
Avery nice portrait, with an extra value carried out by the parrot. The blurred BG is nice and neutral. A fine work, my friend.

A pleasant environmental portrait of the 'art man', Andre. His pose against the well-blurred-out landscape would already be interesting in itself, but of course the parrot brings an extra element to this shot, surprising and colorful. Good notes.

I like this portrait of the man and his parrot, both of them have adopted good poses for your shot.
Its a bit of a shame that its so over-exposed though. The highlights are almost completely burnt out and there's not much detail in the sky. If you had used fill flash you could have had both the subject and the background correctly exposed and the shot would have had a lot more impact.
Cheers,
Ben

Quite funny capture, Andre!
Looks like the parrot will bite his finger off any second!
And it appears they've both been talking at the same time!
Lovely,
Robi
