Paella
For the amateurs of paella, here is one which was been offer to me in Dominican Republic.
To realize of its preparation and the way in which it is been offer I put a sight in WS which shows the cook and his work! It should be noted that it can be tasted with a good beer, here the beer "President", very appreciated with Punta Cana!

Avant la photo la composition et la dispostion des diffйrents objets ont йrй soignйs.
Les gris de table du mat au brillant renforcent le tout et mettent bien en valeur les couleurs

Belle "nature morte" : on en mangerai

C'est de la paлlla зa dis donc !!! Et c'est bien appйtissant. J'aime bien la photo complйmentaire et surtout le regard du gamin qui veut tout dire. Il ne nous manque plus que les bonnes odeurs. Merci Jean-Luc pour cette belle photo culinaire.

Une bonne paella, зa me donne l'eau а la bouche (ici, c'est bientфt l'heure du diner) et cette assiette que tu nous prйsentes a l'air bien fournie. Le petit verre а cotй pour faire passer le tout ne me dйplait pas non plus:) Dans le ws, j'ai l"impression que la maman doit retenir son petit, afin qu'il ne se jette pas sur l'йnorme paella si allйchante!!

Hello Jean Luc.
What an appetising photo. One of my favourite dishes too. The best paella I ever had was a home made one in 1983; I still remember it well. But this one looks magnificent. I like your presentation, with the paella in one corner, and the bright light in the other. The various pieces are pleasingly assembled and sharpness is good. Thanks for this one and the WS!

Apetissant et riche, ici on se la fait avec des grosses crevettes le homard est trop cher :-))
Bien mis en scиne, pour un plat basic, avec juste ce qu'il faut pour consommer.. les йlйments dans l'iamge sont bien balanзйs.
