Photographer's Note
A sunrise off our white stand beach, at a resort in Punta Cana.
I took my long lens out; this is the second morning I got up to take pictures of the sunrise. The first was with a wide lens, and it wasn't as dramatic as this.
I used the High-Tone priority custom function on my 1D Mark III, although I probably should have left it turned off, since there are a lot of blacks.
