Not far from the Capitol building, I came across this scene where the driver were cleaning this beauty of an old Ford taxi from the early 1950s, and made shiny car shine even more.

Jag дr inte sе vдldigt intresserad av gamla bilar, men det дr ju nеgot speciellt att se den hдr i en levande gatumiljц och sдrskilt med дgaren som pysslar om den sе noga. Den mдnskliga kopplingen дr det som gцr bilden sе bra i mina цgon. Det дr ju ocksе en fцrdel att det дr en "lady in red".

Erling, that vintage car is well kept and stil in good condition. It is an American car dating from the 50's. These old cars become a symbol of Cuba. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.

The old cars all around the country are great for photos, but what immediately caught my attention here is the coco taxi in the background, of which I posted a panning almost 10 years ago, when I arrived from Cuba. Very nice details captured with excellent light and colors! Wonderful composition!

I love that red wine color on cars, one of my favorites.
and of course we can see the famous small yellow golf ball shaped taxi's in the bg haha. I never did ride in either of these...I guess I'll have to come back :) Fun photo of the owner taking care of his beloved car. cheers
