Photographer's Note
The streets of Ha Tien are quiet....as were Hoi An's five years ago.
But when school finishes there are cycles everywhere, and the streets are filled with the sound of laughing and chatting schoolgirls riding home.
Just another daily pleasure to be found on the streets of Vietnam.
Yes I know it's blurred.....and I forgot that I could have shot at 3 frames per second, but I was trying panning for the first time!

Hi Brian,
This is a great catch. a bit more speed on your camera and it would be perfect.
However, the smiles and the look... this is hard to catch.

The more I look at them, the more
I feel dizzy, Brian. Good sense of
speed while their youth's covered
in an innocent white.
Lovely smiles for a lovely sunny day...
... well, at least here in Scarborough!
;-D

Maybe the speed isnt right, maybe the panning just didnt work, but you caught her smile just right.

Hi Brian. I love the movement and the soft, natural colours. The smiles tell it all - these are friendly people - happy to see strangers. I wish we all lived in such a place. Regards, Paul.
