I shot this image near the town of Sapa in the Northern hilly region of Vietnam. I spotted this young girl crossing a bridge. She was cold and had a look of sadness about her as she glanced at me.

Excellent photo of a compelling subject Spiros! Technically speaking, I like the way tree trunks are creating a nice diagonal crossing your image from one side to the other. I also like the fact that all your background is earth-toned and the way the little girl stand out against it.

Her posture, attitude and pose is very impressive and highly photogenic. You have created an impeccable composition, with every elements at the right place.

A terrific image!

Lovely candid shot ... she looks confused with the attention she's getting. One thing I like best with these kind of shot is that you capture the real essence of the person's mood which I find quite special. Well captured ...Excellent! TFS

This picture, although beautiful, is also heartbreaking. But I do like the background, also her dress and scarf. I wish more of the 'wasted dollars' would go toward helping these children to have a better chance at life!
