Photographer's Note

My previous post is more appreciates for me by that topic, some difficult conditions.
And as Krzysztof said: "In this case the quality is definitely not the most important thing,just the cultural aspect of the shot".

Well, this photo is very simple, like a pop music, like a sweet candy. There is good light, more time for experience and good conditions on the ocean's beach.
"Sri Lanka is The Wonder Of Asia" is a phrase from a touristic booklet.

This is one of the first my photos in 2014.

sometimes simple things tell the most. it is like the photo of hope and future. i can think about the tree which will grow in the sand to bear new fruits. well seen.

I love this! So simple and yet intriguingly beautiful and compelling. It conjures up the atmosphere of lazy days soaking up the sun, drinking coconut and rum punch, and dipping a toe in the warm sea. Execution and creativity here are top class. Wonderful!

Privet Sergheп, a coconut on the sands of Sri Lanka, I've seen a documentary on Tv about the top 20 of the most beautiful beaches of the world and the number one was a beach of Ceylon with a long and complicated name, maybe you went to that place! Hello Serghei,
A simple but excellent composition which could be seen as a symbol of a lazy holiday on a tropical beach. Water, sand and a coconut, a strong diagonal; you have made this beach a lot more attractive than by filling it with bathers and colourful umbrellas.

una proposta piacevole per la contrapposizione ben studiata tra acqua e sabbia, due degli elementi che caratterizzano l'isola anche se non sono i piщ famosi.
Il frutto si inserisce al punto giusto per completare molto bene la composizione alla quale va anche riconosciuto il pregio di ottimi colori e nitidezza impeccabile.

Hello Serghei,
this photo really took my attention for very long time and it was because of the nut on the sand. I tried to learn what exactly kind of nut it was and after many searches decided it could be coconut. Was I right or totally wrong?
Super colors and light and very nice elegant composition.

You've composed a lovely representation of this tropical place: the foam of the sea, a coconut on the sand. I like the diagonal line the wave makes as it comes up onto the beach. Nice framing, too.

Beautiful beach scene! I've seen this kind of scene with coconut on the beach while growing up in the Philippines. I like the effect of the waves, it looks this was taken at slow speed with waves somewhat blurry. Good lighting and sharp details. WEll done, tfs.

A minimalist composition, with few elements but very beautiful with the sea line cutting the image, with the diagonal, good time with the foam of the breaking wave, this fruit dropped on the sand, is a sensational twist, amazing textures showing the sand.
Nice color, in these natural tones.
Also both sharpness, such as lighting are great.

The sand in this beach looks incredible, I want to lie in that sand and feel its texture. This is a simple, but very effective composition showing the beauty of the beach.
And I like at the object and wonder, is it a nut, a fruit? Certainly not something I would find in my garden :)

Hey, what happened to your picture from today of the two ladies at sunset?? Oh well, this is just as fine to admire...but frankly, women are better looking than a coconut. :)) I love the care free atmosphere this presents, simplicity at its finest, and imagery that just exudes a sensation of easy going and fun in the sun. I have run out the green smile today. But I have to give this picture a high praise. It's so wonderful.

The opening ceremony of Winter Olympics was stunningly grand. The city of Sochi is so gorgeous. When I saw the ski event on the TV, the high mountains was breathtaking.

very picturesque image! There is very much detail in the beach sand and exposure time was long enought not to completely "freeze" the water. Square format is just right for this one, good choice!
