Photographer's Note
This the famous Cruiser Aurora.
It was built in 1903 to be used in Pacific Ocean, where it would protect the fleet of Port Arthur. It got to survive at Tsushima Battle, against Japan, and after that it was put under American protection in Philippines and was sent back to Baltic sea, where it was used as a training boat, travelling around the world.
During I War it took care of the seashore and in 1916 it was sent to Saint Petersburg (named Petrograd in those days) for a repair. In those turbulent days the crew decided to join to revolution and bombed the Winter Palace, where the provisional government was.Serving as the initial point of the Communist revolution.
During II war it protected the city and was bombed by the Nazis and sunk in 1941.
It was later restored and became a museum, as a symbol of October revolution, being restored again in the 1980's.
The boat is anchored at side of the same island you saw before, in front of it there is a marvelous white and blue old building, not visible here.
..............

Jorge, that old military ship has a long history. Its hull looks very resistant. It contains three towers or chimneys. Fine colors, good sharpness, interesting photo note, regards.

Hello Jorge,
A nice photo of this legendary ship and the red and white buoys keeping it in place. The much newer building to the right provides a strong contrast of styles.
Regards,
Gert

Hello Jorge,
This vessel has had a very chequered life; surprisingly, after all its troubles, it is still here, looking proud in its berth.
I really like how you have included those red and white buoys. They grab immediate attention and guide in to the berthed Aurora.
The colour palette is quite restricted to blues and greys, generally, which unites the scene nicely.
Take care and keep safe,
Bev :-)

Hello Jorge,
A great photo of this cruiser, captured from a good angle, from which the masts and the chimneys stacks stand out well from the sky. The red elements in the foreground add a nice contrast with the mostly bluish parts.

Hi Jorge,
The red and white anchor points are an eye-catcher. The point of view is showing the details of the cruiser Aurora. The light is gving good rendering the colours. Have a nice day.

Hello Jorge, When I was in school (it was a very long time ago), I had to learn a lot of the stories about this famous cruiser. So, of course, I also went to see it in St Petersburg.
A nice composition with the red and white buoys. Have you seen towarishch Lenin there? https://www.trekearth.com/viewphotos.php?l=8&p=1573701
Take care
