Photographer's Note
The picture was taken some 25 years ago in Leningrad, now Petersburg. I left it as is, with scratches and white points. The equipment was Zenith SLR wit almost a home made 200/8 lens. For many, this woman is a quintessense of Leningrad, and old woman who most probably survived the WWII siege.

The reddish tone, scratches, and grain make this a moody and timeless shot. I even like the fact you did not crop out the barren tree branches.
Yes, she could very likely a be survivor of the siege of Leningrad. One wonders what memories she has of those horrific days.
