Photographer's Note
In the gallery there is many paintings, but I am not posting images of the famous painters like Kandinsky and Chagal.
This is one of the most beautiful artworks I found in the museum, and there are many so fabulous and famous there. This canvas is named "Autumn Afternoon- Spanish Women", painted between 1922-28 by Natalia Goncharova.
Probably she abandoned Russia before things become worst after revolution. In 1915 she was in Geneva and in 1921 she moved to Paris.
I guess was visiting Spain when she painted these canvas, there are another similar in the museum. I liked the style, the soft colors and the cropped aspect, as if the personages were cut in a piece of paper.
...............

Hi Jorghe,
The tight frame is putting the artwork in evidence. The point of view is showing the details of the painting. The surrounding light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

Hello Jorge, this artist has a very special style all of her own, I am not surprised that you liked it.
The subtle colours are beautiful.
I am unsure as to what exactly the animal is, a dog perhaps?
When I look at the picture I am reminded of marquetry, where pictures are made from very thin pieces of different coloured wood.
Thanks for sharing, kind regards, Jean.

Hello Jorge,
I really like art from the first half of the 20th century and this is also a wonderful example. The white and lighter parts stand out very well from the dark surroundings. Well done.

Hi Jorge,
quite an extraordinary style for sure.
It must have been a skilled artist to achieve effect of a dog for example using such simple shapes only.
There seems to be a lot to admire in this famous gallery.
Great reportage,

Hello Jorge, Natalia Goncharova was also the name of the Pushkin's wife. Interesting painting. It depicts obviously the Spanish women with their traditional mantillas. The dog is a funny element.
Best regards Malgo

Hello Jorge,
The style is somewhat reminiscent of Picaso with cubism elements. Good sharpness, lighting and framing. Tfs!
