Conchology collection, a photo from Moscow, Center

Photographer's Note

For a change, I decided to post a photo of the indoor object.
It's part of my wife's Conchology collection. The collection has been collected since 1993 and now contains more than 1000 sea shells (including World Record Size and Very Rare specimens). Together with the shells here are different souvenirs and strange things from our travels around the world.
Unfortunately, in an apartment lighting with a lot of light sources and showcases glass door. Therefore, I did not manage to remove the all excess glare of light, reflection and shadows.

THat is quite impressive collection and surely deserves to be presented to public. Setup is beautiful too, those backlights work well. And your framing is quite exact.

Hello Kirill, an excellent sharp shot of the cabinets packed full of shells etc., What a wonderful collection.
Best kept behind glass, less dusting to do!
The lighting was managed perfectly.

Hello Kirill, An interesting collection, like in a museum. and how they were collected. Now it is forbidden to take the shells from other countries, and especially the big or rare specimen. There are high fines when you are caught. After my Thailand trip I had the personal control at the airport, luckily I had nothing, only very small ordinary shells,
