Naan, noon, dode, rotee and khobus there are many name for this but it is one the most edible item of this region.
About the shot, the light was low and the baker and his seller was moving that is a bit blur..

Hello Muhammad,
As you have mentioned yourself the sharpness is not perfect, but I often think that the motif as such is more important than the technical aspects (within limits). Actually, the baker's blurred hand brings action to the picture. The vertical composition was a good choice. The picture is nicely framed by the naans on the floor and along the left side.
