This picture is of last year when their was serious chance of drought in the county. IN this picture, a Pakistani aged man fetches water from a water pump in Rawalpindi. Country's top meteorologists had warned that Pakistan faces a possible drought with no significant rain expected in the next two months, which could have brought the water table level down and reservoirs to dry up.
