Photographer's Note

Fishing, to some, is an inexpensive hobby. It calms the mind and being able to fish in the shades away from the hot tropical sun is definitely a welcome respite from the busy city life. The Ulu Yam Dam also caters for fresh water anglers and on weekend anglers frequent this spot to try out their latest fishing technique.

Fishing is a great activity. "Good for what ails you" as they say. You have done a nice job of capturing the activity here.

Dear Mustapha,
This is a great work and I can see the better effort and technique in getting this. Seeing the quality, this must be coming from a film scan. The impressive quality of this photo is the rich, green reflection on the water and the leaves above the anglers and visitors. Lovely green piece of work you have. Gentle, soothing and comforting work for this activity by the lake.
