Photographer's Note
Precious water was gushing with such a force and the workers were soaked to the bones trying to fix the burst pipes. The surrounding area became a mini swimming pool. They were frantic to get the job done. In about thirty minutes it was all over. The workers smiled and I smiled too for having the shots that I got.

Hi Mustapha, I like the energy and force of this photo, with the water gushing and the worker's bemused look. It may be an everyday occurrence, but it' an unusual and interesting photo. Good work.

Ryno

Hi Mushan,
Good job and very classic picture of people trying to seal the burst pipe to help conserve water and help the environment. Thank you for sharing this picture.

This image being black & white gives us a sense of photojournalism. It's a powerful scene with the equipment and the water and the men celebrating their success. Well done. Reid

Hi Mustapha,
This shot reminded me of my hit and trial days with B&W. I would go to the gardens, to the fairs, to the lake, to the local market for such kind of shots. Your shot is meaningful and I like the burst...a pwerful one.

Rajeev
