hi caroline,
i think this is your best one yet in this series of beach shots. your low viewpoint is excellent. the foreground is made interesting by the wet sand and the patterns created by the tide. the reflections on the sand are also superb.

the shape and position of the ripples lead nicely to the little island that you have placed well in the top third of the picture. it provides structure and a good focal point. the colours in the sky are warm and inviting. very nice. and finally the figure is also well placed and brings some humanity to the scene.

the details of the beach there , and the silhouette of the kid ...amaze me

lovely sun set shot from the coast line...like the frame work here by the playing kid at the sea beach...wonderful golden tone texture sky & sea...also like the play of warm light on the wetly beach...
good light management with nice color tones & sharpness...
