Photographer's Note

It was a long day. I had just spent two days on a boat travelling around the breathtaking Komodo Islands. Now it was time to head west to Sumbawa and Lombok. The ferry to Sumbawa was packed. Every centimeter of the deck was used. Me and my Canadian friend managed to find a seat outside, next to some locals. One of these was Haji, who had just been travelling 20 hours on a minibus from Larantuka, all across the island. Apparently he was seeing a specialist in Sumbawa.

He didn't speak a word of English, but we managed to communicate with my limited Indonesian skills and his extremely contagious smile. Here he was making fun of his side mate falling asleep.

I am no big fan of black and white picture, but this picture are very well made.
Real pleasant portrait certainly a nice, your presentation are perfect.
