Photographer's Note
At dusk during low tide, the sea recede to form a calm and clear stretch of knee-deep water as far as 1km from the shore.
A group of mid-aged women patiently walk the shallows to harvest pincushion sea urchins amongst the dense seaweeds - a delicacy.
Due to over-harvesting, each women now barely collects 500ml of Urchin "roe" per day.
