Photographer's Note

I think I am beginning to cause offence to some with this series...so I apologise for this post (and perhaps any which follow - I may or may not post more). I signed in today and felt put off posting any more about Nanda, for fear it may be offending people. However, I feel that I must add that I am currntly involved with a charity whom is actually helping to make things better for Nanda and thousands like her.

You can contact me if you feel you can also make a contribution.... I can give you the details.

Ok, I realise that this is technically quite bad, but I would appreciate feedback anyway. This must have been one of the hardest places I have taken pictures... the light was particularly difficult to manage, as were the compositions, due the the tight spaces and the scattered bits of dead meat. It is one of those instances which I began to question my ability to take photographs... I feel I should add, for this one, I was standing at the end of the dubiously held together bench. Immediately behind me, there was a short broken brick wall, behind which, Nanda'a mother was preparing some tea over an open fire.

I decided to post this, due to the conversations surrounding yesterday's post. This is one of the clearer images of Nanda in her dwellings.

I had previously not posted this, as one of her breasts was exposed. I have done a butchers job of covering it up... This was taken just as Nanda was due to feed her twins (hence the title)...

Please feel free to comment openly and honestly...
