Photographer's Note

Still walking around the Gateway.

Looking over the shoulders of an artist, sketching portraits, i watched him patiently sharpen his lead pencils with a blade, carefully placing them on the mattress, the tools that make his livelihood. Wish my lens was wide enough, it was only when i looked through the rangefinder did i see the disappointment, only his back was visible in the foreground, yet i made the photo. It was more interesting to follow the faces of pedestrians, that of the famous indian actress and the Hindu god Hanuman. There is too much order in this world.
