Hi Valtar,
the view of this Tibetan event is nice but far from the foreground and we cannot see the details of it.The same time the foreground is a bit of over-light.

The colorful ceramonial flags have a vivid texture and with some distance from where taken, a good depth achieved.
Fine shot, good contrast.
