Photographer's Note
Captured in the entrance of her home in Udaipur. I had a feeling that she'd been sitting in this position thousands of times before just watching life go by in her neighbourhood. I wish I could see her eyes better but there is a glare in her glasses.
Not technically the best photo but one of my favorites nonetheless...old people fascinate me.

Hi Martin
As you uploaded your photograph just a bit before I did, I saw it and had a look at your small, but interesting gallery. Welcome to TE, hope that you will enjoy your stay. You are very much interested in people and that is excellent, as many photographer - sometimes even the pros - are afraid of photographing people. Your pictures fine in color hues, sharapness and DOF, I like it. However for my taste I would give it that little kick, for that reason I have uploaded a WS to show you what i mean. Otherwise well done
Best regards from Alor Star Malaysia

Martin: I could almost say I recognize this one. It's a powerful image. I wish you had refined it a bit more. This is an unforgettable story - not all sad - but powerful. c
