Mask dance performance during the Hemis festival.
Hemis Monastery is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery of the Drukpa Lineage, located in Hemis, Ladakh. Situated 45 km from Leh, the monastery was re-established in 1672 by the Ladakhi king Sengge Namgyal.
The annual Hemis festival honoring Padmasambhava is held every summer.

pas de points sur cette image, quel étonnement !
Pourtant un témoignage de qualité sur le festival d'Hemis mais se tenant à une période moins favorable, au moins pour moi, que celui de Leh
