Dull subject!

Looks a bit overexposed to me. I wouldn't say the subject was dull, but I'm sure you could have composed things a little better. It looks like you didn't give any thought to how that bicycle wheel in the background was affecting the composition. I don't know whether this was a very quick candid shot that you rushed in the hope he wouldn't wake up and catch you shooting him, but where possible you should always take the time to scan the whole frame in your viewfinder (or LCD screen) to see what's happening around your main subject. Too much white frame as well (this is becoming a pet hate of mine!!)

Good capture! Good detail of the sleeping man, his face is relaxed. Very nice colors.
