I was on a photowalk where I took this shot..The person came to feed his goats..however might be admiring the views..anyways I really was :)

Took this shot in the Maidan..with the feeding and the Victoria in the BG...

Hi Prasenjit,
What a cool scene. I know the building through the gallery here on TE but you have a completely new point of view here, as it looks like it is in a very rural area here with the lush greenery and the animals in the foreground. Brilliant combination of the elements here. I could almost imagine the vbuilding is trying to sneak quietly through the trees with nobody noticing. Excellent shot.

The pic is a bit dark,but no problem,the scenery is really beautiful and original,great contrast between the Victoria in background and the goats grazing,a rare thing to see,i like it!Have a nice Sunday and thanks,Luciano

This is a remarkable shot Prasenjit, the big contrast between a rural life surviving in one of the biggest city of the world, an urban shepherd with his goats grazing in the maidan
Victoria memorial is visible in the bg, the grass is very green after the mansoon rain, I note a strange goat on the right, it looks like a giraffe goat!

surely it is a great catch. I like a lot how you presented this view with those grazing cows in foreground. Like the presence of the keeper of them also. You also achieved very good depth here. The famous monument is nicely visible with great details. Really enjoyable composition. Superb Shot. Tfs.

An unusual sight to Western eyes and one with a touch of humour about it. I like the layered effect and the good colours and sharpness. An image very worthy of the aims of TE.

This is a great image probably better than mine.But theres one thing you got to look at here is the intensity of color or hue is high in this case.I love the shepherd standing with his flock of goats and sheep.Long live Queen Victoria.TFS.

this is almost like having 2 photo's in one.
the grassy area and down can be a sweet photo of the goats and the goat farmer, and the middle portion up can be the photo with the trees and the architecture :)
put them together and its even better :)
looks like its about to rain.

A very good scene with a fabulous contrast - the man feeding his goats and the big city in background. I like the scene and colours are very good. I still don't know Kolkata, need to go there:)!
