During my visit in Batumi when I walked in the town near the port I came across a group of man. They were older retired or unemployed people who render the time playing cards or fishing.

On dirait u congrиs de pйcheurs au bout du quai. Mais j'ai aussi l'impression qu'il y a un jeu quelconque au centre. Un trиs beau moment entre hommes.

Hello Zbigniew,
Whatever the place the place in the world, men always have it easy. Fishing, playing, looking at others or siiting on a bank doesn't require much effort, while the wife stays at home and does all the chores ! Good daily life scene showing how men in Georgia handle their (leisure) time. Concentration is at its best !

its so much fun when you come across these scenes on holiday - make sure you have your camera ready :)

wonderful collection of these men, some fishing but most are more interested in the card game.

smart composition with most of the subject off centre, and the lighting/exposure is spot on.

Hi Zbigniew. Fascinating slice of life of these men who have escaped the house and the wife for a few hours. Why worry about the walls that have to be painted, or the vegetable garden that need stop be dug up, when you can spend time joking around. Nice inclusion of the flag. Great colours and sharpness.
