Photographer's Note
Again a 13 years old picture from East Timor, this picture was taken at the same place with my previous picture but this was taken from the top of Cristo Rei of Dili, a fantastic 27 metres tall bronze statue of Jesus Christ which sits a top the rocky outcrop and situated at the end of a peninsula facing out the ocean and can be reached by climbing some 300 steps, its approximately more than 100 metres over sea level. Its easy to reach this fascinating place, its only take about 20 minutes by car from Dili, a captital city of East Timor.
Really a nice remembrance from this amazing place and i remembered we have a good time climbed the hill and swimming on this original-untouched beaches behind the hill.
Scanned from print, cropped and added some saturation
Hope you like it :-)
best wishes
daniel

Hello Daniel
The main attraction of the colour is the blue of the sea. The high POV makes this a nice view & going by the cars down there, we estimate the scale of the landscape. Nice depth. A few OE areas in the picture, notably in the white parts...other places exposure is fine
Friendly Regards

Hello Daniel,
I like a lot the chromatic balance here.
Colors and tones are wonderful, with great saturation, and the landscape is great.
Have a nice day,
JB.

Hello Daniel,
Your shots from many years back are really nice. Especially colours are so interesting...and of course still this place so exotic;)
I like it:-)
Best greetings from Poland.

Hi Daniel,
It's you with your oldies from East Timor and myself with Nepal. :-)
It's a pity that the quality isn't better, I bet that the original is much nicer (I hope that it is still in good shape). Evn so, it is a great photo and we can still appreciate the beauty of the place and the achieved compo , with the shoreline of that intensely blue sea leading the eye by the diagonal. I like also the colour contrast between the sea and the land.
Regards, José.

For sure is not the best scan of all times (:D, but these imperfections and the vivid colours make the picture similar to a very nice paint.
Tfs, my friend! Best wishes.

Hi Daniel!
Wow, 13 years old! But so beautiful, so "young", so fresh! Beautiful landscape, excellent capture, with ideal framing and composition, beautiful colours and breathtaking sky. There is a lack of definition, but that's probably because of scanning! Anyway, congratulations for the excellent photo!

Hi Daniel,
I like the composition and the awesome point of view you had for this shot. The quality of the scan is not very good but is still ok for us to enjoy the views. Nice balance of elements. Thanks my friend and enjoy the week ahead :-)

Hi Daniel,
Good work with the scanner! Colours are very well managed and the POV gives us a good idea of the place.
Thanks for sharing,

Hi Daniel,
I like the combination of orange/brown/yellow of the shore with deep blue of the ocean.Creates balance and contradiction of the photo at the same time.Good POV,colors, saturation.
Scanned image is not very much of a quality, but it is 13 years old... :-)
Well done!
Cheers,
Mike
