Photographer's Note
Just realized thats only 9 pictures added from East Timor since my last posted picture 'Cristo Rei of Dili' for more than nine months, a pity there are only few pictures from this country.
This picture was taken 13 years ago ( i have a date record on my original picture) from the same place with my previous East Timor's picture but taken from the foot of Cristo Rei of Dili. I remembered that time East Timor was in the hot summer season and the weather was not too friendly. Not the best quality picture but i'm glad my picture will add the documentary pictures from this place.

best wishes

Hey Daniel,
I like both old scanned photos, and photos from places that are not represented that well, so naturally I like this one.
Beautiful colors for a scan, a very good composition, the theme is nothing too special, but gives off a good ambiance, the frame is appropriate too. Fine stuff. Thanks for sharing.
Best regards.

Hello Daniel,
This is a fine composition, and let me say I have seen scanned images far worse in fact this is great quality for the age (film, probably?)!
A good colour palette and a fine sense of depth!

Hello Daniel
For a scan, the quality, I must say is quite good. Like the depth & the colour tones here. You've got good light here, as we can see on the yellow grass here. Nice work my friend!

Hi Daniel,
Besides its high documentary value, it is an achieved photo in every aspect. I like the POV, with the concrete fences and the sea tongue creating a kind of point of fugue in their joining in the BG, which gives much depth and sense of space. I like also the light and the presence of the people.
The scan took its "toll", by stealing some clarity and adding some noise, but I wish I could achieve such quality in my "top 20 best scans".
Regards, José.

Hello Daniel,
Interesting landscape, with people walking by. I would never think it's a scanned photo! very good colours! Very nice mountains in the haze.. I like the depth which the colours and perspective create.

Elena

Hello Daniel,
Very good quality for a scanned picture.
The composition is very well built and the road with the people passing by is an invitation for following them.
Have a nice day.
Best regards, Christian

Hi Daniel,
you've done well to show us more pics of this not largely known young country. Considering that is a scanned photo, is of a very good quality. The colours and the light seem to be spot on. Regarding your photographic skill, the pic is very well balanced thanks to the perfect framing and composition, with the persons placed on the left side.
Well done, my friend!
Tfs and best wishes.

Hi Daniel,
Like attus & Pablo, I find it hard to believe that this is a scanned shot. The clarity oif the colors is excellent with nice contrast between the blues and golds. Liuke atus, I also find that the you composed the shot well giving a feeling of harmony and balancde.
