In the Hani Minority community in Yuan Yang – a remote and mountainous area in Yunnan Province, China – local kids have the duty to help their parents in the farming work over the terraced fields. Coming to this area, don't be surprised if you hear them saying that "Once you are hungry, words and maths can't be cooked to feed your empty stomach. Labor first!"
