Bonjour Pierre,
Nice the view through the typically decorated houses in Repulse-bay, a place with shrines and gardens, nowadays built sky-scrapers on the hills behind your POV.
Visited there in 03/2008, the place is colorful and vivid as we see on this scanned picture from 43 years back.

Une toute petite ouverture sur le plan d'eau mais beaucoup de choses а voir au passage.Trиs chinoises ces formes et ces couleurs. Un superbe effet de profondeur.

Hello Pierre,

Woooow!!! is it possible that the photo is more than 40 years old? The quality is awesome. Colours, and sharpness are superb, composition is also beautiful but it doesn't depend on time. But you were skilled photographer already in that time. Beautiful view. You have also a very good scanner and you know how to use it.

Hello Pierre,
Surprise: an golden oldie from the time Hong Kong was still a British Crown colony.
I like the mixture of people, nature and rich ornamented houses on the picture.
It makes a very vivid scene.

This photo reminds me my latest trip to Beijing. Simple but interesting document photosession from Hong Kong of 1973. Fine details of the traditional elements of the houses. It was the British rules times and China was the closed country.
