Daily life in Hong Kong is very tiring and sometimes, you fall asleep in the transports just like this young man ... who gave me the oppotunity of this photo.

And did you notice that somebody is watching you ?

Hong Kong Trams

Trams are the slowest mode of public transport and so pleasant. The Hong Kong 163 only double-decker trams are antiquated. The first trams got going in 1904, running across the north of Hong Kong Island from Kennedy Town to Shau Kei Wan. The network has been augmented by seven other routes over the decades, all of them passing through Sheung Wan, Central and Admiralty.

Excellente photo de vie quotidienne, bien composйe et encore une fois on peut passer du temps а regarder tous les dйtails, aussi bien а l'intйrieur du bus que dans la rue derriиre (aprиs tout, on a le temps si ce tramway roule si lentement...).
Et j'ai vu "Big Sister"! :^)

cool la nana qui voyage avec son crochet pour accrocher son sac dans le tram... apparemment il avait un sac а dos sur le ventre le jeune homme, il devait sentir le confort de ce ventre artificiel et peut-кtre йcoutait il et la petite musique de nuit de JS.Bach, alors se sentant bien, il s'endormit, haha!! pendant que Sylvie s'amusait а le montrer du doigt au monde entier.. quelle vie!! on peut plus кtre tranquille nulle part! Entre Pascal qui prend les gens qui rйflйchissent а la sortie du mйtro et toi qui choppent les dormeurs...
en tt cas cette scene est tres plaisante...

very nice scene, very typical. it is the front window of the tram i guess, you are in wan chai, i see the buildng with the pawn shop is still there... a bit wider angle would definitely help here, people on the sides are cropped too much. or maybe moving the cam to the left to remove the person on the right from the frame would help, now compo is a bit messy ;) anyway, nice scene

Sylvie j'ai fait le ws avant de commenter.
Dans l'ensemble j'aime bien, mais je ne sais plus oщ regarder tellement il y a de choses а voir. Entre le crochet, le numйro de la hotline si le tram tombe en panne, et la scиne а l'extйrieur. OK tout est bien organisй а HK, ils pensent а tout !!

salut Sylvie... tout est dit sur les qualitйs de ta prise ! c'est vrai que l'on prend le temps de dйtailler sa composition. Le WS de Pascal est aussi trиs intйressant, quel coup d'oeil dans le cadre, c'est une autre photo. Bravo а tous deux.
(tu peux aussi prendre la mкme chose dans le 18h02 gare de lyon-fontainebleau)

j'aime bien cette image Sylvie.. Et oui les grandes villes sont ainsi faites que l'on se fatigue terriblement vite... enfin les vieux comme moi...
Je crois que je vais essayer un WS, car je l'aime bien celle ci.

A great shot from Hong Kong, Sylvie. You really have managed to include so much in just one shot. As well as the person sleeping, I also like the fact that the person with the Sasa bag has brought their own hook for hanging it - obviously a professional shopper. The eyes at the top are a nice touch. Nice to the pawn shop in the background. Very well done.

I like this shot of daily life in HK. What makes this shot so interesting isthe little details-the bags, the writing,, his haristyle, etc. A wonderful"slice of life"

Interesting daily life shot. I like the very busy composition which fits well with the tired sleep of that person. I also like the placement of it in the composition even if a tighter framing/crop could make it stronger.

Reducing the brighness and increasing the contrast could also create a more agressive feeling suited to the scene.

comme dans le mйtro parisien, dans chaque grande ville oщ la vie est stressante les gens s'endorment....lieu et moment de pйdilection pour prendre des images...

Lovely... a trio of pinks. (I love the way pink is used in Asia.) I do like Claude's WS, his crop nicely emphasizes the composition.
