Photographer's Note
Okay, here's another frog/ toad shot. I was almost amazed at the pattern and colors on him, as I was his lethargic look. I don't know how he moved, he was too lazy to show me, and just spent most of the time outside my hotel door! Hahaha
I actually found him numerous times lodged right up against my door enjoying the cool air escaping from underneath it.
Does anyone know much about toads, or what type this one may be?
Cheers,
- Dan

Hi Dan
Another great macro. Fabulous colours and textures. I like the way the background mimics the texture of the toad's skin!

My apologies for not writing man!!! :-) I'm planning for a trip to Mindanao (for work) and am writing a proposal letter trying to get Canon to sponsor it, never written this sort of thing before!
Now the pic: Dude, that is one wierd looking creature man. Crazy colours, and the guys Jabba-the-Hut bloated! It doesn't look like it can move. Like the others mention you shot it with a matching background. Interesting.

Hi Dan, This is a rare seen toad. In some region of Asian, it is saying that seeing this creature will bring you a lot of money. I sincerely hope you will get rich soon.
A great detailed, well captured photo. I like your DOF and POV. It provided an excellent view of the three feet creature.
